In order to maintain the best prices for our customers, domestic orders 3 lbs and over will be shipped UPS when possible. Orders under 3 lbs will typically be shipped USPS. return polics WE GUARANTEE ALL OF OUR products IF IT BREAKS DURING SHIPPING,or is defective WE WILL REPLACE OR REFUND IT..IF you want to exchange any the item (that is not personalized) or want a refund we will also do that within 30 days of purchase (you will be required to pay the return shipping charges).
