Recommendations for Butane Burners: Obtain at an Asian grocery store and a good brand to keep in mind is GasOne. The burner can get "plugged up" if the butane is not good quality. If this happens, open up the valve and let the butane completely empty out of the burner. Then refill with a new and better brand of butane.
