Good afternoon, I doubt that you'll remember me, but I ordered 24 glass teapots and warmers to be used as centerpieces for my March 29, 2008 wedding. I corresponded with Trudy, who was a great customer service rep. After I had placed my order, Trudy asked if would send Northwest Glass a picture of the centerpieces in action, to which I more than happily agreed.
I just wanted to note how happy I was with the customer service. Trudy was very responsive to my multiple inquiries and questions about your glass teapots and warmers. She corresponded with me in a timly manner and was always kind. The tea sets were one of my first and favorite purchases that I looked forward to for our wedding. Paired with flower tea and the with the tea lights lit underneath, I think they priovided an elegant, practical and unique ambiance. We gave them away as gifts and everyone loved them so much, the venue ower actually asked for one to take home. Thanks you so much,
