Hi there. I bought one of your 8 C glass vacuum coffee makers.

Does that thing ever bring back memories of the 1950's, when an electric version of the vacuum pot was popular. I still remembered what great coffee the vacuum syphon produces.

The product you sell is beautifully designed, reminds me of the good old days in the chem lab. It makes outstanding coffee.

Black and Decker doesn't hold a candle to this thing.

I BOUGHT YOUR COFFEE SIPHONE ON EBAY AND IT MAKES THE BEST COFFEE I HAVE EVER HAD. I HAVE FOUND OUT THAT PEOPLE, HOWEVER, WHEN THEY SEE IT THINK THAT IT WAS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN IT WAS AND IS MORE COMPLICATED TO USE THAN IT IS. YOU SHOULD PUT A LINK TO A VIDEO THAT SHOWS HOW EASY TO USE AND KEEP CLEAN (MODERN MARVELS HAS A EXCELLENT PIECE POSTED ON YOUTUBE). I LIVE IN RI WHERE WE NOT ONLY LOVE COFFEE BUT ALSO THE FLAVOR OF COFFEE (THUS COFFEE MILK AND ICE CREAM). FELLOW RHODE ISLANDERS NEED TO KNOW HOW GOOD COFFEE CAN REALY BE WITHOUT GOING TO STARBUCKETS OR DUNKIN DO-NOTS. YOU HAVE A HUGE

I ordered the double rose cake topper and the rose etched toasting glasses. I just wanted to say that they are beautiful. My bride-to-be was ecstatic. We can\'t thank you enough for the wonderful items.

Hey all. Just wanted to drop you a quick note and say thanks. I ordered two items from you on Thursday and I got \'em on Saturday. I still can\'t believe they got here that quick. Your prices are excellent and your customer service rep was awesome. I could not be happier with your store, and have already reccomended it to several of my friends who are looking for the same items (vac pots) as me.

In addition, I actually ordered a Yama HCA-5 upper pot to replace the TCA-5 upper pot on my Hario table top vac pot. I was taking a swing at this, because the HArio distro place is no longer in the US and shipping direct from Hong Kong is incredible. Anyway, not only is the HCA-5 from Yama a perfect fit for the Hario lower end that I have, it\'s actually a much thicker glass and less likely to break. So, you can sell these pieces as replacements for unhappy Hario users who have broken their stuff.

I just wanted to drop a note and just say WOW!! I have never had such great customer service in my life. I ordered my oil candles at the end of the week and they were to me by the beginning of the next week. I think I received them before my credit card was billed!! Unbelievable!!

I absolutly love the oil candles that I ordered from your company. They will be just beautiful at my wedding. I have told three other friends that are getting married this year about your company and what beautiful products you carry and they are definately going to be ordering from you soon.
